Diamond Cars – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our official booking platform, phone, or email.

  • A confirmation message will be sent to verify your ride details.

  • Diamond Cars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any ride in unforeseen circumstances.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All rates are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra mileage, or out-of-zone pickups.

  • Payments must be made in advance or at the time of service via card, bank transfer, or cash.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup time will be charged in full.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days if applicable.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must respect the driver and vehicle at all times.

  • Smoking, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

  • Diamond Cars reserves the right to terminate the service if the driver feels unsafe.

5. Luggage & Personal Items

  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Diamond Cars is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

  • Please inform us in advance if you require additional luggage space.

6. Liability & Delays

  • While we strive to be punctual, Diamond Cars is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control.

  • We will always aim to inform clients of any expected delays as early as possible.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is kept confidential and is never shared with third parties unless required by law.

  • By booking with us, you agree to receive service-related communications.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Diamond Cars reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
